Dr. Michael Peterson is a Senior Consultant with Workplace Consultants Inc., an organizational health, development, and assessment firm based in Landenberg, Pennsylvania that helps companies identify the cultural and behavioral factors that promote or inhibit corporate success. Dr. Peterson is at the cutting edge of organizational development when it come to helping companies deal with issues related to retention and recruitment, morale and job satisfaction, employee and organizational health, and managing workers.

He is a widely published, sought after speaker, and internationally recognized as a leading authority on workplace culture, stress, and the dualistic approach to organizational and employee health. Dr. Peterson has worked with a variety of organizations, and has consulted in the U.S., Canada, England, and Argentina. He is the creator of the Strategic Organizational Management (STORM) Index, an innovative and critically acclaimed tool for the assessment of organizational performance, health and culture. Top 10 international research groups such as the Gallup Company and IPSOS-Reid have used the STORM Index. He is also the creator of the "Culture-Work-Health Model" which has been instrumental in helping create better and more effective strategies in the US, Canada, South American, and Europe in both the private and public sectors.

Dr. Peterson is also a professor on the graduate faculty at the University of Delaware and was an advisor to the American College of Occupational Medicine in the area of workplace stress and culture. He has been instrumental in the development of the field of Occupational Health Psychology, which focuses on how organizations can promote both corporate success and employee well-being. His innovations and ideas have been recognized by renowned Medical Schools such as Thomas Jefferson and University of Pennsylvania where he serves a faculty lecturer on Organizational Assessment, culture and stress. Dr. Peterson has earned graduate degrees in Health Promotion and Behavioral Medicine, as well as a degree in Business Management.

Dr. Thomas Way is Workplace Consultants Inc.'s lead technical consultant, responsible for overseeing all aspects of custom software development for the proprietary STORM Index analysis method. Among Dr. Way's specialties is user-interface design for scientific computation, leading to the VISTA program, a software application that implements the complex STORM Index assessment algorithms.

He is a respected and published computer scientist, and Assistant Professor of Computing Sciences at Villanova University, with a broad background in compilers, optimization, user-interface design, and high-performance computing. Dr. Way is an active computer science researcher and a frequent conference speaker and guest lecturer both domestically and internationally. He is also a founder, member of the Board of Directors, and current Vice President for Product Development of a software and networking services company. Among his accomplishments are the creation of software for medical imaging, networked weather tracking, image processing, data mining and database management, and tactile graphic creation for the blind. In addition, Dr. Way is an accomplished writer, producer and director, with many Hollywood television and film credits to his name, a professional magician, and a marathon runner.

Deborah Jones has a strong background in workplace health, having completed a Masters Degree in Health Promotion, followed by consulting, writing, speaking and development work in organizational health. A trailblazer in the wellness industry, Deborah had the vision to create the annual national Health, Work & Wellness Conference in Canada. An international speaker, Deborah speaks to audiences around the globe, and is on the faculty of the Royal Roads University Executive Leadership Program. She provided consultation to the Active Living Unit of Health Canada on the development of their "Business Case for Worksite Active Living" and consults with Health Canada's Workplace Health Unit. She was one of the inaugural Lead Assessors for the National Quality Institute's Health Workplace Award Program and developed the 2-day "Framework for the Development of a Healthy Workplace" training course which is now taught regularly across the nation. Deborah provides need assessments, cost-benefit analysis, culture change initiatives, leadership training, and development of organizational health plans.

Dr. Tim Dunnagan is an Associate Professor and graduate faculty at Montana State University - Bozeman. During the past 15 years Dr. Dunnagan has been involved in a variety of health interventions within worksites and communities as a practitioner, director, and evaluator. In the last six years he has focused his efforts on health evaluations. During this time he has been involved with evaluations at Montana State University, the University of Kentucky, and the State of Vermont. Dr. Dunnagan has acted as the evaluation specialist for the EDUFAIM portion of the Montana Welfare reform program and has been involved as an evaluator in a number of community based interventions dealing with fall prevention programming with seniors, and smoking interventions for Montana youth. He has authored numerous refereed manuscripts and is a nationally recognized speaker.
